It took a while to be acknowledged but once Alayna got on my case she immediately resolved my issue.

My experience with amble has been less than desirable. Update: I reached out to them on July 1st asking how I get my 2nd refill as I am almost due for it.( I already payed for 3 month plan and in the FAQ no refunds). Here it is July 9th and no response yet. I don't know how to get my next prescription refill. The pharmacy number on the bottle doesn't work either. The process to get medications took over 2 weeks. Then I'm on dose 3 and nothing has changed for me personally. I have emailed them and IM'd them. I understand everybody is different so maybe this just won't work for me, that is fine. But it's been 2 days now and no response to my 2 separate attempts to reach them. They do not have a phone number for assistance either. At this point I am more disappointed in their customer service practices versus the medication not working for me. This is a lot of money to spend for them to blow me off and not try to figure out how to help.

Amazing Customer service! I had a problem with delayed shipping which resulted in 4 weeks without medication. Denise was exceptional even though I was frustrated - she was polite and courteous and problem solved for me!

I placed an order with Amble on 06/03 and still haven’t received my medication—it’s now been a full month. I had no issues during the first two months on the monthly plan, but ever since switching to the three-month plan, it’s been a frustrating experience. Customer service is very slow, taking at least two days to respond each time. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on this experience.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with Amble Health. Despite being a long-term customer, my recent interactions have been frustrating. My last prescription was delivered to the wrong address, and it took over three weeks for them to respond to my inquiry about it. This costly mistake resulted in over $300 wasted, not to mention the inconvenience of walking several blocks to track down my medication. When I attempted to reorder, I specifically asked them to confirm my address to prevent another issue, but I received no response. Now, it's been over two weeks without any updates on my current prescription, and I've been unable to take my medication as needed. Additionally, trying to reach customer service and the doctor line has been a nightmare. Every time I send a message, it resets my place in the queue, making it almost impossible to get timely answers. It’s incredibly frustrating as a loyal customer to be treated this way after they’ve already taken my money. This has now been over $1,000 spent and I have not yet seen my medication. I hope this review prompts Amble Health to take action and respond to my emails promptly. Getting my prescription delivered correctly and efficiently is crucial, and I urge them to improve their communication and service.

I have been with Amble for about a year now! Easy process and I am meeting all of my goals! Great customer service with fast response if there is ever an issue with anything. 10 out of 10 recommend!
