I uploaded my current RX and explained to MD my current dose and was prescribed 3 doses lower . I was not given an explanation on the providers decision and feel like I should have been given the opportunity to agree with treatment plan before proceeding. Many attempts to communicate with provider and no response . Support was great but had limited answers regarding the clinical MD input this process could definitely be improved . Patient agreement to proceed or withdraw should be mandatory instead of ordering taking payments and processing regardless if patient is not in agreement with plan. ***Update **2/23/24* Amble support reached out to me yesterday and a fair compromise to make things right . I am so relieved , apparently I checked off a wrong box on the initial info questionnaire where it appeared as I was on Mounjaro for 4 months as opposed to the 16 months I have actually been on Mounjaro . I’m relieved to know my messages and clarification has been heard . I have been sent 7.5 mg but amble support assured me that my 15 mg dose supported by my RX will be updated and next shipment will be of the correct 15mg dose. Amble promised to give me a pro rated partial refund for my first month . I’m glad to say Amble has reached out to make things right ! I’ll keep you updated when I receive my 15mg dose ! 😊
