Alayna provided outstanding customer service! She was professional, patient, and thorough in addressing my concerns about the medication shipment. Her clear explanation and quick resolution made me feel truly supported. She’s a wonderful representative and a credit to the Amble team!

I have been on the medication since April and I haven’t seen much change with my weight. Not sure if it’s working for me. I will keep going. The shipment is good and the website is good as well.

Horrible! Customer service is almost non existent. You send an email and it takes at least a week for a reply. They have charged me for 3 months of Zophran and I've received 1. Ive been in a vicious loop of correspondence since May and it's almost July. RUN!! Don't sign up. They will keep charging you even if you pause your account and get a new credit card.

I have been using Amble for about 3 months. My last prescription was delayed about a week. They said the pharmacy was behind. My dose was only delayed one day when I receive my medicine. On June 4th they charged me my usual and after my consultation they increased my dosage. I still have not received that order. I am over a week past the last dose I had and I am not getting any communication from them despite messaging support and the doctor. My next payment will be charged 2 days from now. So they’ve taken my money, not sent my medicine and I’ve missed a dose. My only choice is to start again with another company and dispute the charge from June 4th and any subsequent charges. Buyer beware. They will not come through with your meds and ghost you.

Never had any issues! Probably the most affordable glp 1 I have found

There is no way to cancel your automatic order and they automatically take the funds from your bank account. I have tried to cancel, told them i am no longer at that adress. But kow i have another on its way with no way to cancel. And what ever you do dont ever press the order now button because it automatically charges and sends it to you without asking you to confirm. They are ripp offs.

Great! Happy so far!

I have been with Amble for a year and things changed and now it's been over a month and they have not shipped my last order and then I sent a message with no response and then I filled out a health report, thinking I could get some help and the Dr approved another dose and I haven't seen my one from a month ago and then they charged my card! So now it's $959 that they have taken and they are NOT holding up their end of the program. I am extremely disappointed! I have referred others to this program as well and I am not sure what happened, but how sad how greedy they became. I am currently working with my bank to get my money back and I will not ever refer another person to use this service. This is real life! This changes people's lives! My body had a harder time adjusting going cold turkey vs lower my doze and coming off the shot. No messages are being answered, no one is taking responsibility for the lack of customer service. I sure hope that they can come to terms with how it's changed and know that it's not working and people are having life changing experiences due to there lack of effort to help their customers.
