Maria is one of the customer support folks at Amble. I had paused my delivery of semiglutide. I didn't realize it would be such a big issue to get the deliveries started again. I got a lot of one time responses from other customer support folks but nothing they recommended worked. Maria was the one who was consistent with providing updates, reassuring me, and best of all, she was able to solve my issue. I know there were folks behind the scenes helping her. Maria and the team she works with deserve a big round of applause. Thank you Maria!

Thus far the customer service has been top notch! I had an issue with getting back into my account while my order was processed and the customer service person promptly returned my emails (yes, plural) with all the information I asked for. I’m looking forward to geting my prescription soon.
