AWFUL! Does not respond to messages/support. Attempted to cancel prior to a prescription being placed and had so much trouble. They claim to have 24/7 customer support; however, it takes hours/days to get a response. I placed an order on 3/1/26 and never heard anything. My order was still processing (no doctor had looked at it) as of 3/3/26. I reached out to customer services on 3/2 and 3/3 for assistance and never heard anything. On 3/3 when I attempted to cancel, it took hours for a response. I finally had to email the team to get a cancellation.
