Very easy to maneuver the website

Easy to book. Instructions are clear. Rates are affordable.

The Italiarail website is simple to use and very straightforward. They provide information on how to read the signs in the train station to make it easier to find your train. There are perks that come with a first class fare including an afternoon hop on and hop off bus tour and other perks if you are able to use them. We did not get a rail pass as I was not sure if it would save me money for a short trip.

Roomy, great crew and amazing service

Italiarail.com is a very easy website to navigate. If you know your destination and when you want to get there, you will have an easy time finding a train to fit your schedule. Buying your tickets couldn't be any easier. If you have questions when you get to the station, there are ticket agents that are willing to help. The trains are clean and smooth riding. I tend to get motion sick at times but never had a problem. I couldn't be more happy with my experience.

Great customer service. Had to change ticket and the agent was very helpful. Also, service onboard the train was excellent!
