Great Product. Purchase was easy. I would give a 5 but password change process was painful due to your known bug of changing user email address on password change process. I submitted a communication with no response for several weeks. I finally called and it was fixed in a few minutes. That's great service. I'm still your loyal customer though!

Very powerful and easy to use software BUT one license should allow an installation on one desktop computer AND one laptop . That's not the case.

I have been using Ipswitch for about 18 for my semi-personal/semi-professional site and continue to be very happy with the performanceof the software
