Found the right product, at the right price. Ordered and received as promised.

My husband was thrilled with receiving the boat for his Father's Day present. He had wanted a model ship for a while and was delighted. He is very pleased with the quality. I was very disappointed, however to stumble the next day to find it on a home goods website I regularly purchase from, selling the identical boat for $26 less, providing an additional 15% discount and lproviding free shipping when your company charged over $35 shipping and it wasn't even express delivery or marked as fragile. I could have saved $84 on the identical item! I would therefore be very unlikely to order from your company again. " Fool me once...."

Carvings ordered came quickly and were packed for shipping satisfactory, however no receipt was included in the box. Otherwise everything was great.
