It took too long to recieve the package. I called, they never told me if or when I will receive it.

Wrong item was sent. I changed my order before it shipped. I was still charged for two items. Had to call to get that straightened. And that's when the wrong item was sent. After three attempts it was taken care of.

Item arrived as described however It is a very thin, cheap, type of plastic - was surprised by this considering the price. We ended up not needing the item for our new fan. I contacted customer service to return the item (it was in perfect condition - was kept in the box the entire time we had it) but was told that there was a 10 day return window. I told the representative that we are currently in the middle of a full kitchen remodel and did not realize we didn’t need the item until this past weekend. Basically the representative said “sorry about your luck but there isn’t anything we can do” and didn’t offer anything to help us with this situation. I understand that there may have been a 10 day return window but I was completely unimpressed with the way this situation was handled.

I was forced to pay $20.00 more for shipping a lessor weight package. Not fair and it certainly cost you less to ship what I ordered probably.

Been waiting a week and still haven’t shipped my items that they assured me is in stock.

I purchased these as Christmas gifts for my bosses. The packaging and box that housed the gifts was fine on the outside. However, when checking the product, the packaging that held the gifts was bent and torn - thus making the gift look used and possibly returned. Embarrassed to give these to my bosses.

I was interrupted twice while speaking with representatives on the phone and my order was shipped ten days after I ordered. On the other hand, the capitals I received were gorgeous and the wood packaged well to protect from water. Thank you!
