I purchased two subscriptions for me and my husband, but only one would work. I firstly had no response, but now I have one that I can't understand, and no response to a further inquiry. And I still can't upload results.

Blood draw was easy and painless; and Wes was kind, engaging, prompt, quick and communicative.

The app is ok, but I wish I could revert and have my profile as it was on the website before it moved. I haven’t been able to figure out how to do that but it would be nice. I prefer the way I’m able to view my bio markers on the web over the app interface. I like the way the app parses out the optimized and non-optimized markers, but there’s no other way to view those metrics. I wish I could see the metrics on the app in a list or another viewing option. Otherwise, I’m generally happy and will to continue getting my blood tested regularly to see if I’m able to optimize the areas identified. I also showed my doctor the app and she was pleased to see the information that is shared with each metric, and that the sources of that information are provided. She was impressed.

The app could use some tweaks. This morning for instance I looked at a food recommendation for dark chocolate. The recommendation was for half a bar, but the weight of the bar was not specified. Navagation can be problematic. I have ordered a DNA Kit, but I'm unable to locate any reference to the order.

It's taking forever to get my mobile blood draw scheduled. So I'm disappointed that it's taking so long. I don't hear back from anybody for days.

Loving the insights and clear action plan. Two suggestions- 1. It would be great if it synced to Apple Health or Apple Watch - had to buy a Fitbit in order to have a full experience. 2. If you explore changing goals all of your progress is erased. I would expect progress to continue and establish a new baseline for the new goal but it went back to original score.

Customer service is essentially nonexistent. Responses are very delayed, and not well organized. I would explain what my issue is, would hear nothing back, and then three days later I would get an email asking "How did we do? Have we resolved your problem to your satisfaction?" Just ridiculous...

At this point I'd prefer to opt out of the program, the At Risk High Ferritin indicator has given me some inside as to my focus moving forward. It turns out that your program is not geared for me at this point. I appreciate the blood work and would like to pay you for this service, moving forward I'd prefer to get a refund on the rest of the program. The program might be good for the general public, unfortunately my house hold knowledge with nutrition is far move than what you're able to offer at the current price range, totally understand. I'm seeking Holistic medical advice as to why my High Ferritin levels, to go through your program simply doesn't make sense at this point. It turns out that this test provided me with insight as to why I looked at your program in the first place. Thank you for this insight, truly appreciate it. 02/24/2022 - Continuation of my review, post canned reply from Inside Tracker. Unsatisfactory! Requested a cancellation of the service's due to the finding of my blood work and medical advice from doctor. The advice from Inside Tracker will not help resolve my current medical condition, this is the reason I'm requesting a partial refund. Gladly pay for the blood work completed
