The above words were something I wrote to customer service, not a review. Observe, that I said YOUR pdf file. Meaning , I was talking to insidetracker. How it got here, I'll truly never know. My review was about customer service being none existing . I quoted another members post and really had some substance and Info that one could use! Hmm very interesting 🤔 I wonder what will happen now!

This app is a game changer for your health. Very easy to use and so insightful. Everyone I've shown it to has taken it up. Through taking the full gambit of tests, I found something my doctors have not picked up in 2 years, they just blamed old age. I've now fixed this and feel 10 years younger. Highly, highly recommend.

Fast response from customer service! The only thing I would add is the DNA test for canadians and maybe some kind of status for your order after the blood draw at home is done.

I ordered my tests. Then I went to the website to schedule the test and that function was not working on quest. I called insider tracker and left a message, and thus far no one has called me back. The process is confusing and unclear. If someone would call me back and help me work out the details I would easily change my rating to higher. 1st blood work went through fine, but took 2 weeks. 2nd time, No update on my blood work for 4+ weeks. Tried contacting support by phone, email and chat. No answer. Paperwork for labs needs to be printed out - what?? For the price I expected more.
