good communications

I just think the maintenance is too much and expensive. Should just have simple filters to clean. Size is good but still cumbersome to carry with a purse. However, overall it is great to have the option of portable oxygen. I have both units the larger and the small one. Janet

We purchased parts for our inogen at home unit and a new inogen 3 for travel overseas. The inogen3 worked flawlessly and made travel a joy. No more wrestling to get the unit into a car. It literally fits in a large purse! It automatically switched to 220v without issues and made our trip a pleasure. Especially when we had to out it in the overhead bin. Customer service was great and our rep even followed up to see if everything met our expectations.
