I ordered the Inogen G4 for my father as he was on oxygen tanks at the nursing home he now lives at. He is VERY pleased with it and we have recommended to several others there and I noticed just yesterday that some of them now have one of their own. When we got the information packet we gave it to the director of nursing there so she would have something to show other residents who were having to drag around bulky tanks. Thank you so much for having this product my dad is 93 and can now still enjoy getting out and about. Debra Smith

Inogen was preformed as stated for my wife for not having to put up with long tubes was a blessing. Unfortunately my wife passed away on April the first. I am keeping the Inogen for my future use.

Customer service could use a bit of attention, they try very hard to reassure you that they will remedy the problem. But when you check progress or follow-up you have to start all over again.

This unit should have a pocket to store the cannula and cord in. It is also very loud. The alarm alert is also too loud. Otherwise, it is a nice poc.
