We went to Indy Facets after a frustrating interaction with two other jewelers. We wanted to update a very old wedding ring, which was in very bad shape. (The wedding ring was my husbands mom’s ring.) Knowing that it was in the family, we wanted someone knowledgeable and happy to get our business. I searched online and found Indy Facets. They were excited for the opportunity to be apart of our story. They did an excellent job. I adore the ring and know that my husband’s parents would have loved that we got it updated and that it’s on my hand! What a family treasure and Indy Facets made it special. The craftsmanship was awesome!!!! We highly recommend them :)

Love this website for providing customers with really original designs of rings. But lately, lots of website pages don't work, I don't know why and hope they will fix it.

Skip the jewelry stores with pre-manufactured/pre-fabricated jewelry in their display cases. After consulting with Shaun regarding a collection of gemstones I had acquired, it was abundantly clear he and his staff would be able to fabricate anything imaginable. It is rare to find classically trained metalsmiths, gemologists, and jewelers under one roof. I think most people would be genuinely surprised to discover the capabilities and value Indy Facets are able to provide. Thank you again for everything!

Perfect designer, fabulous service and all the qualities which a staff should have. The main thing which I liked that they took quality time in making a good and best design.

I had 4 rings sized larger due to arthritis and could not have been happier with the service. There is no sign at all that gold has been added to them. My rings are lovely and service was top knotch. Will surely return with any jewelry needs/wants:). A++ Gretchen Rans
