Shaun is amazing! His experience and knowledge made the process of designing my new ring stress free.

I was nervous about getting a ring made with the diamond from my mom’s engagement ring. I was worried that it was going to be too expensive, or that I would be pressured into getting something made that was “trendy” or something I would regret (this has happened to me at other jewelry stores). This was going to be made into my own engagement ring that I will be wearing for the rest of my life, so I wanted it to be perfect. Well, my experience went beyond my expectations. Shaun was friendly and made the experience of talking about ring designs super easy. He listened closely to what I wanted, and never tried to pressure me into changing my mind about anything. He left me in complete control. He made sure to explain anything regarding pricing or designing in ways that made it easier for me to understand. Getting to see the 3D design of the ring was really neat, and helped me visualize what it would actually look like when it was complete. When it finally was complete and I saw it for the first time, it took my breath away. The ring was beautiful! It was even more perfect than I had imagined it. I absolutely love my ring, my experience with Shaun was great, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I have already recommended Indy Facets to several family members and friends, and will continue to do so for anyone looking for jewelry!

I came to Indy Facets because I wanted a unique ring for a good price. Shane was willing to work with me through every step of the process and find a way to get me a ring my wife loves while working with my budget. Seriously, it's the best. No regrets coming here. Go in for an appointment at least, just see what they have to offer.
