My husband and I came in looking for a unique band to fit my pear shaped engagement ring. We brought some ideas to our consultation that we had found inspiration from and Shaun made it happen, but even better because he put his own spin on it and made it very unique. We absolutely love it and could not have imagined using anyone else for a custom design. The whole experience was quick, casual and professional. We highly recommend Shaun!

Indy Facets made the process of buying an engagement ring as stress free as I could have imagined. The staff had great attention to detail, was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and produced a ring that was gorgeous and fit my budget.

My experience at Indy Facets was great!. From the beginning, Shaun was very helpful in assisting me in designing the ring I wanted. He was mindful of my price range. He designed a beautiful ring that my wife loves and did it within the time he said and within budget. I would highly recommend Indy Facets to anyone interested in custom jewelry, and I already have.

Sean helped us make key decisions about preserving the look of a classic inherited engagement ring while making sure it fit just right. He was very patient and accommodating to our needs. We were able to customize my fiancés wedding band with my actual fingerprint engraved inside. He also included a couple silicone wedding bands for when we are active outdoors or don't want to be wearing our jewelry. Top notch service. Thank you.
