Great staff and quality skills in repair. Very cordial and super follow up skills. Seems they have state of the art equipment for repairs and polishing. They are honest and affordable. Give them a try. They are conveniently located in central Carmel.

Had an appointment with Shaun to have him look over some old estate jewelry then dropped off our wedding rings for cleaning. Very impressed with Kathy and Shaun as well as the facility. Had our rings back in three days and they looked brand new!

This experience has forever changed the way I shop for jewelry. I no longer will go to a "jewelry" store, when I can design my own one of a kind piece at Indy Facets. Every question I had was answered. Every change to detail was addressed. The personal one on one communication will not be found at a traditional jewelry store. Indy Facets is the way jewelry shopping should be.
