You can start by honoring your gift card. I just bought one for 100 dollars and I can't spend it. They seem to be a scam. I won't recommend them to anyone else. It's a shame honest people are scammed out of their money by people like you. I thought I was buying a visa card I would never bought it if I knew it was a vanilla card. I'm highly disappointed. Whenever I call customer service they are only trying to get. My bank info. They are not even American. I'm so tired of trying to talk to these people.

Second time a vanilla GC doesn't work. Says the money is there and the card is active, but I can't use it for retail or online. Incomm has a 1-star rating here and over 1200 complaints at the BBB site. The phone number on the back of the card is useless because it doesn't help resolve the problem. When you call their corporate office, no one will talk to you and they tell you to call the number on the back of the card! Rip off alert!

05/29/2026 I purchased $200 digital visa e gift card for $206 at Target online. Card instantly declined. Card status(checked via their portal) said on hold. Told to call number on back of card but I had no back to the card. Found above number and called. Agent resolved situation and informed by collecting a bunch of information and stated I’d receive a refund in 7-10 business days. They followed this with a prompt email stating the 7-10 business days for my processed refund. Over 10 business (12 business to be exact) days later on 6/16/2026 I emailed: “Hello, it has been beyond 10 business days and I have yet to receive the refund. Prompt update is requested.” and only got an instant auto response. No one contacted me back ever. Finally, business day 19 I received the check for $200. However, I’m quite angry with this. This is not the first time this company acted in similar manner. Last year, I had a similar experience that took over 3 months to resolve. I decided to give a second chance and have this experience. What recourse is there? The company will not get a third chance. (Edit to remove my name.)

I brought an gift card on November 27 2025 I used at Walmart for 80 on the the rest was stolen by PAYMOB-*TMARAT, 00000000 CAIRO, EGY ZBOONI EGYPT, 00000000 CAIRO, EGY How is that possible with out physically card being used there first transaction was denied

Got 4 gift cards, 3 had numbers scratched off. Have to submit a bunch of personal info to get replacements. Feels very scammy.

Trying to purchase an HEB gift card using two different credit cards, and both purchases failed. Now, I have FOUR pending credit card transactions on my credit cards. Thanks for a sh*t service! No idea why HEB is associated with such a sh*t-show of an operation.

Vanilla Gift cards might as well be an Interest Free loan that you never agreed to give InComm. I paid $300 cash to buy a Vanilla Gift card as my family was going to Ford Field for an event. Ford Field is a cashless venue. We get there, we use about a 1/3 of the card. Then the rest gets put on hold. I call to have the hold released and get some nonsense about needing to wait 30 days. I never agreed to give InComm a 30-day interest free loan, and neither did half of the people reviewing them here. Trash product by a trash company. We’re in class action lawsuit territory here. If you or anybody you know has had a similar experience with any of InComm’s products, not just Vanilla Gift card, I want to know about it. Email sueincomm26 at gmail com. Thank you.

I received a $500 gift card for my birthday and checked the balance in early February 2026—it was correct at $500. A few days ago, I went to use it in-store and the transaction failed. When I checked the balance, it was suddenly $0. I called InComm customer service and they told me there was a $500 Uber transaction! This is impossible—I never used the card. Which Uber service costs $500? They said they would investigate, but it’s been over a week with no update. After reading many similar reviews, I am convinced this is a scam. There should be a way to hold them accountable legally. I’m sharing my experience so others don’t fall victim to this. Avoid this company at all costs.
