They were great they responded to me right away and fixed the problem... The actual problem was my sister's douche bf was the one using the card I guess so I had to submit another dispute praying they fix this one too since now he's gone and out of the house... They were very nice on the phone everything they said they followed thru with so I'm surprised to see so many people complaining...

I purchased a Vanilla Gift Card in August 2023. I completed a purchase and a return using the card. Unknown to me someone stole my vanilla gift card number and completed 2 fraudulent charges without my knowledge and stole the remaining balance on the card. After discovering the fraud, I contacted Vanilla Gift Card's Customer Service, and they gave me instructions on what to do. I submitted all of the required documentation to the email address given to me along with the Case # they assigned to me on September 22, 2023. On October 10, 2023, I received a replacement gift card with the full original purchase price of the card. I was shocked at the quick response to my case because Customer Service said it could take up to 30 days before I received a response. I am extremely grateful to InComm for returning my money with a replacement gift card and I wanted to acknowledge and give them credit for what they did for me. Thank You!
