Efficient and Professional
My situation is someone filed for unemployment using my name and date of birth in the state of Montana. For two days I was unable to get through the phone que to the unemployment office in Helena. I called IDShield and the person that helped me took care of everything. Alerts were placed on my credit and a notice was sent to the Montana unemployment office notifying them of the fraud. I was emailed a list of things to watch for and links to forms that I made potentially need. It took me another full day before I actually spoke to someone in the unemployment office. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that was used to help me resolve my issue.
