I appreciate the agent paying attention to my needs. Being concern of a cyber attack with one of the largest companies known. She got me set up for alerts on my account and there was evidence it was done, which brought comfort to me.

I felt like the representative was flippant about my concern, which is that my SSN was leaked in the AT&T breach. Even though I was not the direct victim of identity theft, a fraud alert was placed on my record so I am unable to get credit quickly like I used to be able to do. I didn't feel like the rep really did anything to help me. He certainly didn't take any time to help me understand the implications of the breach, how it might impact me or how IDShield would protect me. I also find it disconcerting that IDShield is supposed to be protecting me, yet I found out that my SSN was leaked through an email I received from another agency.

My bank account was compromised by someone who got my social security and went into my account and took a substantial amount of money! I called ID Shield and was helped immediately…the gentleman that helped me was so thoughtful and kind..he was able to get a Fraud alert on my account immediately
