Alex Cooper provided, prompt, expert advice and presented a concise, fair and competitive proposal. He was extremely knowledgeable about the terms of the contract and very reassuring about the overall process and subsequent service. I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone considering an extended warranty policy. Dan Jones

I purchased an extended warranty with Zach Harper about 6 months ago. From the start Zach was a phenomenal representative and answered all my questions and concerns. I just brought my vehicle into service and Mr. Harper was attentive throughout the whole process. My car was ready in 3 days. Thank you ideal auto protect for your amazing customer service.

Zach Harper was absolutely amazing. He gave me a great deal and peace of mind. He quickly laid out everything I needed to know in a way that was understandable, clear and concise. He was very cordial and pleasant to speak with. Hands down the best young sales person I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Far too often in this day and age people are quick to complain but aren't as willing to let a company know when they get excellent service, so I want to make sure you guys know that Zach Harper should be considered a very valuable asset to your company.
