I have been with them for nearly a year and other than today, I have not required technical help. I contacted in the early evening and within half an hour which included a few ping pong Q&A, all was resolved by them and it was my mistake that caused the problem So if I could, I would give them 10 stars.

A plug in crashed our site. Couldn't log in at all. Posted a ticket, it was immediately taken, and within an hour they not only fixed the problem, but responded with what had happened and the process they used to fix it. Have been with ICDSoft for years now. Prior to that we had some really bad experiences with other services. There is a before and since dividing line with nothing but positive experience with the since. I remember being a little concerned about the messaging system to access support but that concern has been well allayed with superb, rapid and actually helpful help. Hard to imagine that I would ever be completely satisfied with a hosting service but that is what I am now with ICDSoft.

The account was blocked, it was not possible to confirm because of the business trip ( It's all in a one week), the domains were put up for auction .. Negative. It turns out that this is an enom.com reseller - which, in turn, has a lot of bad reviews. Looks like scammers. And the rating seems to be screwed up, there is already a question for trustpilot. Perfect company and not one bad review? Don't you think this is strange?

We are not sure whether the problem here is about a new domain registration that was not verified, or about an already registered domain which was not renewed on time and expired. Domain contact verification is an ICANN requirement that every domain registrar needs to follow: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/contact-verification-2013-05-03-en https://www.icann.org/en/announcements/details/icann-registration-system-email-validation-19-5-2017-en ICDSoft is not a domain registrar, which means that we resell the services of ICANN-accredited domain registrars such as Enom. And unlike most domain resellers out there, we don't actually make any profit from domain registrations - our clients pay the same prices we pay to our registrars. Verifying the contact information for a new domain registration is used as an additional layer of protection. This requirement is clearly shown on our domain order forms, and you cannot actually purchase a domain without explicitly confirming that you understand your data should be verified as per ICANN regulations. Failing to complete the verification within the required period after the initial domain registration does not put your domain up for auction. It does result in the suspension of the domain, but you can usually still verify it and have it unsuspended. If an already registered domain was not renewed and it expired, a default page from the registrar would indeed be shown. For a domain to expire, this would mean that you missed several renewal reminders. However, in most cases you can still renew the domain even after its expiration. Unfortunately, without knowing the actual domain, we cannot check the exact case and advise accordingly. We assume you have already discussed this with our support team, but we would like to take another look if possible. Please reply to the support thread where the issue is discussed and ask for it to be escalated to a supervisor. All reviews about ICDSoft here are genuine and reflect actual user experiences with our services. Please don't let this be just an anonymous review questioning the integrity of all users who have spent the time to write their honest reviews about ICDSoft. We understand the inconvenience and frustration caused by this case, but it does not seem like ICDSoft is at fault here. Geez I am a bit nervous about giving out 5 stars. Why? Because when you read this you will want to use them. The more people that use them the price might go up. What can I say right from the start they were awesome. Great people to work with, Support chat know their stuff, tech support knows their stuff also. The only reason why I needed both in such a short time was because my knowledge was not high enough and I needed their help. Their company is great I will be with them for a lifetime.
