I'm a new customer of ICDsoft and starting a new business with their support. I must say that I'm very happy with their support because no matter when I raise a support ticket or live chat, I find someone within minute with extremely helpful assistance with my account. So far their help seems to be very good. I'll update this review if I see any recklessness from them.

They are monitoring email spammers and stopped it before it was a massive issue for our business. We were able to address possible security issues and change passwords

I've been with ICDSOFT for around 20 years now... I've stood up many domains & hosting services.. I find that they are generally an excellent company, with an excellent feature set when it comes to the Control & management of your website. I especially am uber-impressed with their latest iteration of the Website Builder app. It makes creating a good looking website VERY easy... yet you can insert customised CSS/HTML etc Bravo ICDSOFT!!! Hands down the best hosting and support I've ever used! I don't need to talk to anyone, but need answers fast if I have any issues. I never wait more then a few minutes for the help I need. I'm not a novice user so I do know what to ask for when I need help. A few times I misunderstood something and the support staff was quick to set me on the right path and not make jokes about my stupid mistake. I highly recommend ICDSOFT for your hosting needs.
