As a Reseller, I sometimes do goofy things that newbies do. Not intentionally, but I do remind myself that I am fallable. The support team has ALWAYS bailed me out , been extremely courteous, explain to me how to do the task correctly, and respond astonishingly fast. I am referencing #years# of support. The consistency of quality is outstanding.

We had an issue with our previous hosting greengeeks so we switched to IDCsoft. So happy we did. Check out the numbers below... Green Geeks tried to migrate 2 sites Our sites were down for 16 days We sent 82 emails Opened 14 support tickets And chatted regularly with their customer support Our sites were NEVER migrated correctly We changed to icdsoft.com 1 email, 1 chat in 2 days 5 sites were migrated completely and correctly Congrats to icdsoft.com ps. ICDSoft has been great in so many ways for more than 15 years. The SureSupport team has gone far above and beyond the purview of a traditional support team to help resolve my problems over the years. The majority of the problems were attributable to my lack of knowledge or understanding. Nonetheless, SureSupport either corrected my mistakes for me or pointed me to resources that allowed me to resolve my own problem. I would give them 6 or more stars here if that were an option. They have never let me down.

I've been using ICDSoft for since about 2003. My experiences have been consistently excellent. On the rare occasions when I have questions or problems, they respond amazingly quickly. I currently have 8 main domains (plus more parked domains) registered with them for myself and for a non-profit. When I write reviews, I always include negatives to give a balanced review. No company's perfect, after all, but in this case, I can't think of any negatives. My experiences have been completely satisfactory.
