100% satisfied with ICDSoft for 2 decades plus
I have had websites on ICDSoft going back to around 2006. Their SureSupport support group is top notch and responses lightning fast. While its been a few years since I had reason to contact SureSupport I did contact them tonight over a site someone in our firm transferred out of ICDSoft some time in the past without my knowledge. I'm happy to say SureSupport is still fast and knowedeable and helped me track down the current hosting. Needless to say, it will be transferred back to ICDSoft forthwith! I have been 100% satisfied with ICDSoft all these years.

Cannot see Theme (anselsimpson.com)
After updating plugins the site wouldn't function. The support team took the time to write a short piece of code as a workaround and it worked!

I've been using ICD Soft for over a decade, and I'm continually impressed with them. Especially their customer service. Whenever I have a problem, I just shoot them and e-mail and they have a solution faster than I can blink. Always knowledgable, respectful and professional, I wouldn't host my sites anywhere else.
