I am very happy with the consistently excellent products and services from ICDSoft over the last 8 years and particularly happy with the flawless migration of our web hosting account from Europe to Hong Kong today. I had been putting this off as I anticipated problems but had no need to be concerned. Thanks ICDSoft for the excellent service yet again!

I've been using them for close to (20) years. Numerous sites for myself, friends/family and business acquaintances over the years. Support is excellent. Tech support has never left me hanging.

Highly recommended. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, all this at a very good price. So much better than the support previously received.

Some days I think I should have stayed in bed. Yesterday I made a couple of bonehead mistakes but the people at IDCSoft Suresupport not only helped me fix the problem but gave excellent instructions on how I can fix similar problems in the future.

I absolutely will NEVER leave ICDSOFT. I had horror stories of numerous OTHER hosts in the 2000s that were great at first, and then got too big for their britches and hosting became a host mess over a few years. ICDSOFT just does not do this. They obviously scale up their systems and support appropriately. ICDSOFT is amazing. They have shockingly fast tech support. They are always accurate, and go above and beyond. They do stuff for you they really don't have to. And they respond almost instantly every time I post a ticket. It's been this way from day 1 of hosting multiple sites with them since the early 2000's. I have bizarre questions, and do some really obscurely dumb things for a former programmer. They fix/answer it. Fast. Every time. Before I have to go to the hospital with a heart attack. The site has been down like 2x for 5 minutes in all the time I've been hosting here. Just amazing. The custom interface is simple and intuitive, but still manages to also still provide all the detailed features anyone would need. Seriously - don't bother with the others. The only downside is that I think they do not have auto-renewal. BUT, they do have both alerts, and the ability to pay for multiple years at once. And at just like $8 something for a .com domain name, you'll want to pay multiple years in advance!
