I was surprised by the quick refund. But it would have been better if you kept your website's list of products in line with your inventory.

Shipping was too much. Product of great but it's hard to get over the shipping cost for such light items

Easy process, fast shipping, and very effective product.

The service provided when I have ordered the back pillow has been great. The reserve I have is the longevity of the product. This back pillow is used every week day, all day long, in my chair at my office. It provides the exact support I need for my lower back. The problem is it only lasts about 6 months before it leaks air....from somewhere. Not visible but when I have to blow it up several times a day, I know it is on its way out. I am 5'4", 108 lbs. My size is not the issue.

I ordered a product online and quickly realized there was another product that suited my purposes better. I called HPMS and left a message to please contact me prior to shipping as I wanted to make a change to my order. I never received a call back and the product I received was not exactly what I wanted.
