I ordered fromHPMS on April 27. My package was shipped the same day. Its now June 7 and I still have not received it. Won't be ordering from them again.

I received the wrong silicone bunion gel, but HPMS said that they would send the correct tailor's bunion shield.

My thumb brace arrived so quickly! It fits great & it was very helpful to use the online measuring guide.

HPMS sent me the exact thumb braces I needed. They were not listed properly on Amazon and I could not get them there. Amazon would not assist me in getting them.

The hand brace is very helpful but it is somewhat abrasive to my skin.

Needed some exercise bands like the ones I used at Physical Therapy. Use them on a regular basis for shoulders. Wore out the original ones and was able to get exact bands as pieces not having to purchase a whole roll. They should last me 2 years.
