Your representative Stacey Kiilerich was most helpful in assisting the navigation of the purchase and modification of our house plans. Her patience, obvious experience, and positive attitude made all the difference in what could have been a much more tedious event for me. I wish she could be involved in making sure the builder handles things as well as she did.

everything was transparent with the exception of the Docusign. not sure if i completed and returned correctly.

The House Plans staff have been excellent to work with as we’ve made modifications to our chosen plan. They have been prompt and pleasant in reaching out by both phone & email, ensuring that they have understood our requested modifications. We’ve had excellent customer service!
