Hi Chuck — we're sorry to hear your plans haven't arrived yet. We checked your order and show that your plans were shipped on June 29 directly from the designer. If you haven't received them, it's possible there was a delay in transit or maybe in your spam folder. Please reach out to our support team if you still don't have them, and we'll be happy to look into the shipment and help get this resolved as quickly as possible. Hi Wendi — thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the confusion. While plans can be reversed, material lists are generated separately and are not available in a reversed format. We understand this may not have been clear during the ordering process and apologize for any disappointment this caused. Hi Jacob, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, converting a stick-framed house to ICF can be a complex endeavor. Our designers and draftsmen take every care to make sure the updates are made throughout the plan. Engineering can also add up, though it is necessary in some areas. Your plan advisor has reached out again to talk through the proposed changes.
