Truoba LLCReviews of truoba.com

What a wonderful experience working with Ignas and Leva at Truoba! From the first message I sent enquiring about their services to recently receiving our final custom plans, communication has been helpful, courteous and extremely prompt. (We wanted to build this year, so the quick response time was very important.) During the design process, we changed the size of our proposed house a couple of times, the orientation of the house on the site and the window configuration. Each time, Ignas and Leva worked with us to get the layout just right. If you're looking for an architect, look no further. Truoba will work with you until you're fully satisfied. My husband and I highly recommend them!

Truoba was very pleasant and professional to work with.

I recently designed and purchase a custom. Version of 821. Started out at 1990 ft and with both Ingas and Vaida’s tireless help we have a 2600 ft 4 br plan. The Extrodinary difference between Truoba and others is that they are fast and helpful with all changes and very inexpensive for the quality and brilliant design ideas that they come up with. In addition they are very nice and patient as I know from my many changes they were always professional and helped me to make my home so special . Ingas the owner is a man you can trust. He is very ethical and does precisely what he promises. No need to worry about sending payments. His plans are incredible with mine over 26 pages . They include Plumning, electrical and everything you can imagine including color renderings of all Elevations . They also site your house on your lot with correct placement and give recommendations as well. The type of quality and special Scandinavian design skills are rare to begin with and Truoba is real thing working from Northern Europe any State side Archetect would be at least triple the cost and still not as good. and their homes blow people away when done and are not nearly as expensive to build as they seem. Most Archetect’s are not thinking of costs and waste Ingas however does. They also do high end natural finishes in wood and interior trim min and 8 ft doors with high ceilings make all the difference well worth the add costs and make a huge difference . I give Truoba 5 star and I highly recommend them to design your home or project .

We worked with Trouba to design a custom home based on a mix of their existing concepts. They were thoroughly collaborative throughout the process and supported us all the way through to city approvals. We especially appreciate their attentiveness in offering ideas and solutions, ingenuity to guide us in making the most of our floorplan, and creativity in enhancing the design aesthetic. We can very much recommend Trouba for their custom designed homes and architectural support.

After consulting with several different architectural firms, I decided to go with Truoba. I love their design language. So I decided to buy a Truoba plan and then have them make a couple subtle modifications. The Truoba team was a pleasure to deal with. Ignas and his team were very responsive and had thoughtful ideas when I asked for changes to the plans. I'd definitely use Truoba again.

Our custom home design experience with Truoba has been outstanding from start to finish. Their architectural style was exactly what we were looking for, and they delivered a beautifully designed home—both inside and out. We faced a unique challenge: our home needed to be elevated approximately 10 feet on concrete pilings. This required an especially efficient and thoughtful layout, and Truoba rose to the occasion. The communication with Ieva and Ignas was truly impressive. They were always highly responsive, open to our ideas, and quick to implement changes. Their collaborative approach helped bring our vision to life and resulted in the perfect design. We’re incredibly proud of our custom plan and can’t wait to begin the building phase and watch their hard work take shape.

We discovered Truoba while searching for modern house plans and were immediately drawn to the 220. It had the clean, efficient layout we were looking for, but we needed a few changes to make it fit our lifestyle. The team at Truoba was incredible to work with. They helped us customize the plan, tweaking the layout to better suit our property and future needs. Throughout the process, they were responsive, thoughtful, and full of creative ideas that made the final design even better than we imagined. The result is a home that feels both stylish and deeply personal. We couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend Truoba to anyone looking to design a modern, functional home with a team that truly listens.

We worked with Truoba to design a custom home for our property in Washington state. Ignas and team have done a phenomenal on the home design. We received our final plans have started working with an engineer and local government. The engineer had some minor feedback that we plan to have Truoba address. So far working with Truoba has been a seamless process. I will continue to update this review as we move through the home building process.
