Deciding on a property was easy and correspondence with the owner was flawless.

We just got our first booking through Houfy so my experience is limited, but it seems pretty well baked given how much functionality is available at little or no cost. The calendar view and calendar export is a significant value in and of itself, as you can import the calendars from the big platforms and get a better consolidated view than I've found anywhere else.

It was very easy to navigate and the responses were quick and helpful.

Houfy is an easy to use, helpful website to book short term rentals. I appreciated the ability to communicate with the property owner directly. I loved having fewer fees. It made being able to take my family away for a long weekend significantly cheaper than other short term rental booking sites.

Payments did not get through easily -

The host was very quick to respond to our concerns. The property was amazing looked just like the pictures. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Love to go back to explore the trails more. Patricia Castro-Ridenour
