Great technical support chat. Ran into a bump at one location but within a few hours they had me up at another site simply by replying to an email.

Am less than a week old with hostwinds, but i like there customer service. all support requests are executed with a sense of urgency. the knowledge base links shared during interaction with support team are straight to the point, no time wasted reading lengthy material. If you know what you want, they know how to get it done.

The platform was user friendly and easy to understand. The site chat support was awesome they walked me though it all excellent company. Rick
