I had been searching for a Windows hosting provider and before I chose to go with Hostwinds I spent a LOT of time using the online chat feature to get the information I needed. I normally prefer phone conversations but I was so impressed by the response, knowledge, and patience that I received from every representative that I worked with. And the chat feature allows them to interact with you in ways that are not possible on the phone. Extremely impressed and very happy that I decided to go with them. The tech support I have received since purchasing my plan has been absolutely phenomenal as well.

I love it, they provide very cheap VPS servers, fast support, and there is no catch. Definitely would recommend, other services are pretty much a scam compared to Hostwinds.
