Great experience so far.

After I purchased the Windows VPS service and my product was ready, I couldn't connect it. It took about 1 hour solving it. This is the main alphabet of being hosting service: get payment easily and make the customer connected to the product fast. That's why I cut one star. It has been 24 hours and there is no problem yet. Product seems good.

Updated. I have had a problem which is now resolved. The tech support is very prompt but to the less tech savy sometimes don't understand the question, hence the confusion. Generally though have been very happy with the service and had it for over 3 years.

I have seen a dozen companies, state they have fast support. But I had no idea why that was so important, until I had the situation when I had to use that option for myself. The fact that support is provided - was enough for me. When I paid via PayPal for hosting account - my account was sent to manual review immediately. Oväntat! There was an icon for live chat support with support representative Allan, who asked if he could help. I sent to Allan ticket # 10072018375-3369800, and then following his suggestions I managed to proceed through verification and then, get my account details. I wanted to get my new email working as faster as possible and did not expect that delay with verification, so you need to take that into account. I’m now using my hosting account and everything is fine. Support was fast when I needed it. Tack!
