Great follow up and execution especially going into a holiday and the end of the year. Horizon processed my conversion before the years end as requested. I have been a client for over 3 years and highly recommend.

Cheyenne (Chy) L. at the Operations Department of Horizon Trust Company listened to every question I had and responded professionally and accurately to every question and request. Her customer service attitude was present throughout our interaction and afterwards. If had people like her working for me, my company would grow a lot more quickly!

Today I spoke with Celeste who was awesome!! She was knowledgeable about what I needed, courteous and caring. I have spoken with Jesika ( please forgive me if I misspelled her name) who is awesome as well. The customer service branch of this company is amazing. I feel like I am part of a family. If the other sections of the company is like this section, then WOW I know I made the right decision.
