Chy was responding back to a call my partner had made into the bank. While we were on a call we conferenced her in and she was more than helpful and polite. An investor has to make many decisions quickly and need to be comfortable that they selected the best TEAM... Kelsea went further than the extra mile... She went the extra TEN miles to help get all the required paperwork done for moving forward on new investment. I had great confidence and even brought more clients because I felt very confident that new clients would want same great customer service !!!
