Kelsea Gines has been great every time I have asked for her help. She has gone above and beyond what’s expected. If it wasn’t for her I would have probably had my SDIRA with another firm. She explained the fee structure very well and that was the difference.

Jessika was amazing and helped me dial my brokerage and we got transferred 3 times. Jessika was my advocate without me having to say thing (go Jessika!) because I certainly felt it and she voiced it for me "we kind of feel like we're getting bounced around". Jessica was also SUPER patient with me because we were on hold for 30 - 40 minutes on top of getting transferred a few times. She checked in with me and made sure we had a game plan moving forward and potential timelines (quickest to slowest) and really aligned my expectations

Mercie also helped me fill up the roll over form required by the other firm.
