I have been with Horizon Trust for about a year now after seeing Greg on a webinar from Chris Naugle and the Money Multiplier. They have always provided premier customer service by making the process as simple and stress free as possible, while also getting everything handled in a very timely manner. Mercie and Brandi have really been a pleasure to work with and can't recommend them enough. I have always really enjoyed Greg's educational webinars recently where he brings on different guests to talk about investment opportunities.

Amber N. Has been an absolute joy to work with. She understood the time sensitivity of my investment and walked me through the DOI and then personally managed the approval process. She also took several phone calls during onboarding and was super helpful during the IRA LLC formation. I cannot say enough good things about her. Received a call from Claudia Guzman (Horizon Trust) 11-13-23 to help me rollover my 401K to a traditional IRA. Claudia verified with me that I wanted to proceed with this transaction and we discussed the process and fees associated with the transaction. Claudia was very professional, patient, informative, and efficient within the process. The entire transaction for the application took about 30 minutes.
