Every time I have needed help with something on my account the Horizon Trust, they have been very helpful, and Dana was a great help. She has helped me twice to navigate distribution of funds from my previous employer's 401-k and ESOP. She is very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, makes the process very easy. By myself passed distributions were pain full, she knows how to talk to these people. If she doesn't know the answer, she will research it and get back to me right away.
