Taddie (and so many others in the past) walked me through the deposit form so I was finished with the whole process in less than 35 minutes. I appreciate having a person who will guide me through the forms so I don't have to struggle to complete them. Even if I've done them before, it's new information to that specific transfer, and I don't necessarily recall the answers from previous transactions since I don't do them that often. This is what I most like and appreciate about Horizon, they will tell you exactly what to do to complete what you want done. I really appreciate this type of customer service! Keep it up ladies and gents!
