I transferred my account over from another custodian and the process was seamless. Jessika Soto was so patient and knowledgeable getting my account funded very quickly. It was a pleasure working with her and I recommend Horizon Trust Company!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had an outstanding experience working with Horizon Trust Company and Julie Hardwick. Horizon Trust is an exceptional holding company for anyone looking to diversify their 401(k) or other investments into alternative revenue streams. They offer clear guidance, a smooth process, and the confidence that your financial future is in capable hands. A special thank you to Julie Hardwick for her professionalism, knowledge, and relentless effort. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and accurately. Julie’s ability to explain complex options in simple terms made my decision-making process much easier, and her follow-through was impeccable. If you’re considering taking your retirement or investment strategy beyond the standard market, I can’t recommend Horizon Trust—and especially Julie—enough. Their commitment to client success truly sets them apart.

There were a couple of snafus with emails and junk mail, but the staff was very accomodating.

Difficulty with Documentation but Robert was able to confirm things have been handled.

I had an outstanding experience with Horizon Trust, thanks to their incredible representative, Cynamon. From our very first conversation, Cynamon was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and even anticipated my needs before I brought them up. Her prompt communication and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine care, and Cynamon truly went above and beyond. I can’t recommend Horizon Trust—and especially Cynamon—highly enough!

Horizon Trust is such a great custodian, I recommend them over and over. Everytime I speak with Christine, she makes me feel so comfortable. She has great knowledge and communicates well.
