I have emailed the 'support' email about 5 times and I have tried to contact them through Amazon as well, but I have never received a single acknowledgment of any of them. I was very happy initially with the vacuum I bought until it became really hard to pull the stick apart to use different attachments and then one time I tried to pull it apart and all the electric components came out with the stick and the lights on it no longer work. I also had to buy a replacement battery charger as the original one stopped working. Just an acknowledgement would have been a start, but it does seem from reading others' reviews that as soon as you've bought a product from them that's when they stop dealing with you.

It is a good product and the battery lasts enough to clean my apartment with one charge.

After purchase support is great! I purchased their robot vaccum 2 years ago and recently it's dust container got damaged. I found their website and order part online. I received my order within couple of weeks without any problem.
