Au bout d'un an mon appareil s'est mit à faire un énorme bruit, du coup j'ai fait marcher la garantie qui était encore valable et j'ai reçu un nouvel aspirateur et j'en suis très contente, merci au service client d'avoir fait le nécessaire.

Love my new Honiture vacuum! It’s very lightweight, sturdy and has lots of power. It also arrived quickly and the customer service was top notch.

All round a good hover great just to pick up and use no cables and preforms very well

Just received the X7 stick vacuum after always having Dysons. It picked the bits up but the battery runs down very fast on top speed, you really need two batteries if you intend to clean the whole house. Alright to grab to do , quick job but if you want to be very thorough definitely buy two batteries

Der M7 Wischsauger überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Er ist deutlich leistungsstärker als ein herkömmlicher Staubsauger. Selbst hartnäckige Verschmutzungen und Flüssigkeiten entfernt er mühelos. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Akkulaufzeit. Sie fällt kürzer aus als bei meinem vorherigen Gerät.

4 stars! Bad - sent wrong attachment with original order. Customer service only through email, so takes more time to communicate. Good - customer service received was timely, clear and excellent in my opinion to that regard. Robot and stick vacuum work very well given price and have not had any issues! Overall - 5 stars had I not received the wrong part.
