Holt's CigarReviews of holts.com

Jackie provided truly exceptional customer service. After I emailed Holt’s to share concerns about a previous order, she responded promptly and followed up with a personal phone call. She listened carefully, addressed the issue, and went above and beyond by inspecting my new order before it was shipped. Jackie exceeded my expectations, and her professionalism and genuine care were greatly appreciated. Top-notch customer service—thank you, Jackie!

I have been buying cigars from Holt’s for about 5 or 6 years and must admit their customer service people are top rate. I have yet to have a problem with any order shipped to me. I spend about $4,000 to $5,000 per year. I smoke cigars exclusively during Baseball season which for me goes from Spring training games through post season. My only issue is Holts doesn’t carry the full line of Aging Room cigars.

Discovered Holt’s Youtube channel a couple of months ago and decided to make my first purchase. Good prices, fast shipping, great cigar quality! Just placed my second batch order early this week and is about to be delivered before the weekend! Great smoke shop!

Made several online orders with zero problems, issues, or concerns. The website is super easy to use and I love how fast I can place an order. One of my go-to cigar sites.
