Holts cigars 1 star!!!
Holts cigars exclusively features positive reviews on its website. It is important to note that our experience indicates a less than satisfactory engagement with this organization. We encountered issues with product quality, specifically dry and deteriorating cigars on the day of delivery. Furthermore, the company's refund policy requires customers to cover return shipping costs for defective merchandise. Our interactions with their customer service department have been consistently unhelpful.
