HelloPrenup - Online Prenuptial AgreementsReviews of helloprenup.com

I'm very pleased with the experience I had with Hello Prenup. I added the attorney review and was really happy with my attorney. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helped customize the document. I would highly recommend.

The questionnaire is helpful for knowing what topics need to be discussed, and it generates a document, but that’s about all. All the included service does is match questionnaire answers between you and your partner before generating a generic document. There is no room for customization without paying extra for a lawyer. You can not add custom clauses of your own. No way to chat with anyone or ask for help. Also, when reading through the prenup (which turns into 25 pages) the wording is quite repetitive and has statements such as “Parties waive right to a lawyer” and “parties understand this clause is not enforceable”.

Too costly for an online service.

Your computer programming is terrible. Get someone else to do it and start over.

For someone as me who does not have experience on this process I consider it was very helpful. Something I would provide feedback is the fact that for people is not located in the USA yet, making regular calls does not work, it should be better to define if the call is better through zoom/google meets, also there are people who does not speak English perfectly well and this can cause issues, my mother tongue is Spanish and did my best to comprehend the whole process but I requested to have a Spanish speaker with the attorney and did not happen. It would be nice to add these 2 questions on the form.

Hello prenup was easy and straight forward. This made it nice to use. The lawyers were especially helpful.

Hello Prenup made a very time-consuming and complicated process very straightforward and easy to understand for both of us. We were able to find all of the resources and experts that we needed right on the website. The video explanations were very useful as well.

convenient and fast process, we can easily get attorney resources here. Out of network if you use Metlife, but they can have it partially reimbursed
