I had a problem with the cancellation of my subscription! I thought my cancellation request went through! However it didn’t and I was charged! I called customer service and the rep was a god sent! He really help me so much and he was very understanding!! Every company should have an employee just like him!

What an absolute joke of a website. I paid approximately $2 to access ONE court record a week ago, only to receive a fraud alert from my bank notifying me that this same website had attempted to charge my card another $26.64. I never knowingly agreed to a monthly subscription and I certainly did not authorize another purchase. This is an incredibly shady way to conduct business. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and customers deserve better than being hit with surprise charges for something they believed was a one time purchase. You people are losers.

I am elderly and on social security. They were kind enough to refund my monthly "fee" and cancel my subscription.

I found the info I was looking for fast and easily. If youre on a free trial, just remember to cancel your subscription when you are done. It was easy and the person who canceled my order was very professional.
