Shipping time is not as indicated when checking was advised 7-10 days it’s been a month! No one can give me an answer on where my sofa is!

Hey Brenda, I'm sorry to hear about any frustration regarding the lead-time and shipping time on your order for the Moe's Roman L Shaped Sectional. I do see here that your order has shipped with our freight carrier (AIT) and is confirmed picked up as of 07/23. Our "7-10 days shipping times" listed on the website start once the item has been picked up. I do see here that it may have taken a bit longer than original reported for the order to get out the door from our warehouse and for that I sincerely apologize.
